- You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at this site. We reserve the right to request documents to confirm a player's account details and age at any time. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account frozen and all winnings will be null and void.

- In case of system malfunction, we will refund all bets placed on the game. In which case Cozy Games will be under no obligation to pay players who take advantage of these occurrences and an alternative award may be determined on a case by case basis.
- In case of discrepancy between the game data recorded in our database and that recorded by the player, the data recorded in our server will be considered valid.
- In case of any dispute, management decision will be final.
